A: Private Owners: 1 listing- $ 24.95 for 3 months.
     Real Estate Agents: 5 Listings- $74.95 for 6 months.
                                        10 Listings-$109.95 for 6 months.
                                        20 Listings-$149.95 for 6 months.

3) How can I pay for listing my property?
A: We only accept payments by credit card via Paypal online payment service. If you don't have an account, you can get one free at: www.paypal.com

4) I've registered and logged in but I'm unable to post a listing?
A: Please e-mail us at: northeastpafsbo@yahoo.com & we'll correct the situation ASAP.

5) How can I update, edit or delete my listing?
A: You must login to your account. Select "Manage Listings". Select the listing you want to edit. Next, click the "edit" or "delete" link at the bottom of the page & make your changes.

6) Why don't my pictures show?
A: Make sure your picture file name ends in ".gif" or ".jpg" or it won't be viewable.

7) How can I find my listing?
A: There are several ways: - by ID #, by browsing all listings, by logging into your account.

8) How can I advertise my listing?
A: Use your specific ID # in all your advertising: including yard signs, & newspaper ads.

9) What if I don't have any pictures?
A: Pictures aren't really necessary but as the saying goes "a picture is worth a thousand words".
If you'd like, we can recommend someone come to your property & take 10 photos & add them to your listing. E-mail us & we'll put you in touch with them.

10) What if I want more than 10 pictures?
A: We can recommend someone come to your property to create a virtual tour of your listing.
